MAQSAN Travels and Aviation ("MAQSAN," "we," "us," "our") is a sole proprietorship business based in Islamabad, Pakistan, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). By using this website or booking any service through us, you ("you," "the customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Platform and Services
MAQSAN is a travel and aviation platform connecting travelers with a trusted network of licensed partners in one place. We offer: • Domestic and international air ticketing, arranged through our network of licensed, IATA-accredited partner agencies • Local and international tour packages, including individual and group trips • Rent-a-car services, arranged through our transport partners • Hotel booking services MAQSAN acts as a facilitator and booking platform for these services. Air ticketing specifically is issued and fulfilled through our licensed, IATA-accredited partner agencies — MAQSAN does not itself hold direct IATA/DTS accreditation at this time.
3. Pricing
Individual flight prices reflect real-time airline fares and are confirmed only once your booking is finalized with our partner network. Prices may change before a booking is confirmed and paid for, due to factors outside our control, including airline fare changes, currency fluctuation, and partner pricing updates. For group and package trips, pricing is fixed once your group booking is confirmed, giving you a clear, upfront cost for that trip.
4. Bookings and Payments
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the relevant airline, hotel, transport, or ground partner. • A booking is only confirmed once MAQSAN has verified availability with the relevant partner and received the required payment or advance. • Payments are processed through trusted, verifiable payment channels, with full pricing shown before you pay. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider's own policy, as MAQSAN books through third-party licensed partners. • A cancellation request must be made in writing via WhatsApp or email. Refund eligibility and amount will depend on the fare rules or partner cancellation policy applicable to your specific booking. • Any advance payment made to confirm a booking may be non-refundable in part or in full, depending on the specific airline/hotel/partner terms applicable to that booking. This will be communicated before you confirm payment. "Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days."
6. Your Responsibilities
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information (names as per passport/ID, contact details, travel dates) at the time of booking. • You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID) required for your journey. MAQSAN can assist with visa consultancy but does not guarantee visa approval, as this is at the discretion of the relevant consulate/embassy. • Any errors in information provided by you that result in additional costs (e.g., name correction fees) are your responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
MAQSAN acts as a booking facilitator working through licensed, IATA-accredited partner agencies and other third-party service providers (hotels, transport operators). We are not the direct operator of flights, hotels, or transport services, and are not liable for delays, cancellations, service quality issues, or losses caused directly by these third parties, beyond assisting you in resolving the issue with the relevant provider. MAQSAN will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in the event of a disruption (flight delay/cancellation, hotel issue, etc.) caused by a third party, but cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by that third party.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of MAQSAN Travels and Aviation unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
10. Changes to These Terms
MAQSAN may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
